It's been nine years since i've been to india, and the last time i was there was for two months this time it was two weeks. The joys of quiting your job and not having a place to live have been replaced by, getting laid off from your job 3 weeks before you leave and having to pay a mortgage while your away. Before we left i checked the weathe and it said 70 degrees and SMOKE. If you've been to India you that smell as soon as you walk out of the airport. I love it.
So after a 17 hour flight with layover and a 3 and half hour drive from delhi we arrived in Vraja.
Externally Vrindavan and all of India has changed since then, brand new buildings,everyone has a cell phone, billboards for SRI Radha golf at the foot of Govardhan, and new cars.
The Ambassador is going the way of the 10 rupee rickshaw.
